The biomasses systems have been developed fast in Europe, both for collecting and for industries and civil uses. Pellets are one of the modern "discovery" in systems converting from Biomasses based on woods or agriculture.
Pellet is the newer solid fuel, but technical, economic and strategic obstacles is slowing down its quick diffusion.
 
Goals
"Pellet for Europe" project want to identify new strategies to increase pellets market from wood and agriculture residuals in Europe.
"Pellets for Europe" joins three different projects, good estimated from European Commission and harmonized in a bigger project two years long and performed by 17 European partners.
