          Renewable Energy

Vittorio Bartolelli, vice-president for Italian biomass association (Itabia) said: "Pellets have very low humidity, lower than 12%, high density and high heating power. Also, pellets have similar features that fluid fuels, so it's good for medium and small domestic plants."
With taxes incentives, Sweden uses a million tons of pellets, while Italy uses only 200.000 tons, in spite of their good price: 15/20 Eurocents/kg.
Biofuels cultures Bartorelli said "In the last few years, Italy was the great biodiesel produce in Europe; now Italy is third, because his policies have not well supported this sector." Today, Italy produces only 100.000 tons/year of biodisel, loosing a good chance to have a good fuel easy to use, renewable (because it's produced from agricultures; someone think about it as a particular use of solar energy), with an increasing energetic efficiency. Biodisel born from vegetal colza and sunflowers oil esterifing, with propreties and perfomances similar to mineral gas oil. Bodiesel is sulphur-free and aromatic-compounds free, reducing Pm10 powders, and Greenhouse effect: exchanging 1 ton gas oil in 1 ton of biodiesel, it will save 2,5 tons of carbon dioxide. If Italy will use 10% of his territory for biodiesel cultures, will save 54 Megatep/year (equivalent to millions of tons of petroleum) of CO2, over the 50% of the general enviromental purpose for our country.
